If you are unable to complete the free update on your own, this firmware update charge will allow you to ship in your head unit and have our technicians complete it for you. This updates your system with the most recent firmware for the Digital Series (LX-6,LX-6s LX-7 & LX-9). Please check your current firmware with what is on the website before purchasing this upgrade. This charge is only for updating your firmware. If your head unit arrives and is in need of other repairs, you will be contacted to pay for the $125.00 service charge if your system is outside of warranty.
If under warranty, you will need to provide a proof of purchase. When adding this product to your cart, return shipping will be calculated for you. You will also be responsible for charges in shipping your system to our facility. Please ship the head unit only.
